Nexuz / Group / LoopX
Collection & landfill diversion · Philippines
Every kilo, weighed and accounted for.
LoopX is the collection frontline of Nexuz Group. Most sites already spend money every month having waste hauled to a landfill. Point that same spend at us and the material goes to a Circular Economy Center instead — weighed at pickup, weighed at the gate, characterised line by line, and evidenced with a diversion certificate an auditor can check. Schools, barangays and NGOs that already segregate can donate theirs instead.
01 · Ways in
Three ways waste reaches us.
Most of what we collect is not donated — it is paid for, by the people who were already paying to have it taken away. The difference is where it ends up and what you get back on paper.
Route 01 · Serviced collection
Redirect what you already spend.
Malls · commercial buildings · factories and plants · hotels · restaurants · hospitals · public markets
You pay a hauler a tipping or hauling fee today, and the material ends in a landfill. Give us the same schedule and that same budget line stops buying disposal and starts buying recovery. Your cost does not go up; what you get back does.
- A collection schedule that fits your actual volume
- Weighbridge tickets against every pickup
- A diversion certificate instead of a tipping receipt
- Diverted tonnage you can put in an ESG report
Route 02 · Donation
Give what you have already sorted.
Schools · universities · barangays · churches · NGOs · community groups
If your people already segregate, the hard part is done. Donate the material and it funds the same thing your programme is for — livelihood on the sorting line, green jobs at the facility, and carbon that stays out of the air.
- No fee in either direction
- The same diversion certificate, in your institution's name
- Figures your students or members can actually see
Route 03 · EPR compliance
Recover against your obligation.
Obliged enterprises under RA 11898 · brand owners · importers
If you put plastic packaging on the Philippine market at scale, the law requires you to recover a share of it. We do the recovering — and, more to the point, we produce the evidence that it happened.
- Recovery executed against your registered obligation
- Auditable chain of custody from pickup to processing
- Certificates tied to your EPR registration number
02 · Extended Producer Responsibility
RA 11898, in plain terms.
The Extended Producer Responsibility Act of 2022 made plastic packaging the responsibility of the company that put it on the market — not the city that has to bury it.
Who it binds
Obliged enterprises: large companies whose products are sold in plastic packaging. The obligation attaches to your plastic packaging footprint — the weight you put into the market in a year.
What it asks
Register your programme, then recover and divert a percentage of that footprint every year. The percentage rises annually, so a programme that met last year's target is already short of this year's.
What counts as proof
Not a receipt for having waste taken away. Audited recovery, traceable to a facility, with weights that reconcile. That is precisely what the chain of custody below produces.
Where we fit
We are the recovery arm and the paper trail: collection, characterisation, processing at a Circular Economy Center, and a diversion certificate issued against your registration number and verifiable by anyone you hand it to.
If you cannot collect it yourself
Recovery you did not carry out can still be bought. We auction the post-consumer plastic our own operations recover — identified at the weighbridge, tracked through sorting and baling, and sold once. See what is available →
This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice, and the targets and reporting rules are set by the DENR and the National Solid Waste Management Commission rather than by us. Bring us your footprint figure and your registration number and we will tell you what recovery it takes to close the gap.
03 · Since we started
What has actually been collected.
Every figure here is the running total since our first pickup, with this year's share underneath it. Read live from the system that runs the weighbridges, not typed into this page — if a truck weighed in this morning, it is in the number below.
Running totals since the first recorded pickup.
04 · Composition
What the stream is made of.
Every collection is characterised line by line at intake. This is the aggregate of those lines — the actual composition, not a national average.
05 · Where it came from
By municipality.
The place, and how many sites are behind it. Never the site.
| Location | Province | Collected | Pickups | Sites |

06 · Who generates it
By kind of site.
No customer is named anywhere on this page. A waste stream identifies a business — what a factory throws away says what it makes and how much of it, and a competitor can read a great deal from that. These figures are aggregates by category and by place, and the systems behind them are written so that a site’s name cannot be returned to a public page at all. If you want your name on your diversion, that is your certificate to publish, not ours.
07 · How it works
Five steps, each one weighed or signed.
A diversion claim is only worth what its worst-documented step is worth. This is every step.
STEP 01
Registration
Your site is recorded as a source: address, waste streams, collection schedule. Nothing is collected from an unregistered site.
STEP 02
Pickup
Weighed at your gate, against a receipt number, with the pickup point recorded. The collector and vehicle are named on the record.
STEP 03
Characterisation
At the facility the load is broken down by waste type and weighed again, line by line. Contamination is recorded, not hidden.
STEP 04
Recovery
Material enters the Circular Economy Center — sorted, baled, or extruded into building material. The loop closes here.
STEP 05
Certificate
A diversion certificate is issued against the volume recovered, with a control number anyone can check on this site.
08 · Verification
Check a diversion certificate.
Anyone holding a certificate can confirm it here — an auditor, a client's client, a regulator. A certificate that cannot be checked by a third party is a letterhead.
The control number is printed beneath the QR code on the certificate, in the form CWD-XXX-2026-0001. Checking it opens the certificate register here on the page — you can also point a phone camera at the QR code and skip the typing entirely.
The register is the same one the certificate itself points to, so a result seen here and a result seen by an auditor scanning the paper are the same answer.

09 · Register
Register your site.
Tell us what you generate and how you would like to work with us. We will characterise the stream, quote a collection schedule against it, and issue diversion certificates against every pickup. Nothing is collected until the schedule is agreed.
Registration received.
We'll come back within 3 working days to confirm the streams and propose a collection schedule. Nothing is collected until that is agreed.
What happens next
- We characterise what you generate — a visit, or a look at what you already know, so the schedule fits the volume rather than the other way round.
- We price against what you pay now — for a serviced site the question is what your current hauler charges, because that is the number this has to beat or match. Donations skip this step.
- Your site becomes a registered source — recorded in the operating system, which is what makes every later certificate traceable to you. EPR clients are registered against their obligation here.
- Collection starts on an agreed schedule — weighed at your gate, against a receipt number.
- Certificates issue against recovered volume — auditable, and counting toward EPR recovery targets and ESG diversion reporting.
